Agile Overview

The course provides a broad overview of agile and the fundamentals of working in an agile way. It explains agile thinking, how it is different to conventional project thinking, and how to apply it in managing projects. The benefits and risks of agile behaviours are also explained.

A number of agile methods are introduced including Scrum, DSDM, SAFe, Lean and Kanban, and shows how several techniques may be combined within an overall project.
